Okay, this is pretty much lifted straight from any training that I would hold. It was quite hard to create, because I’m inclined to say a lot more than I can squeeze into a strip.

In a complex situation, we can be sure that some assumption we’ve made will be proved wrong. Agile wants to find that wrong assumption as quickly as possible. Of course, it’s a whole hill of wrong assumptions – which is why we want to validate our assumptions through learning early, before they can come back to bite us in the ass later.

And much of the unpredictability in a project comes from the human element. People changing their minds is the ultimate source of uncertainty!
